Public data and purpose

CBMetrics processes public room usernames, concurrent viewer counts and public follower counts obtained from Chaturbate's public affiliate data. These observations are used to publish creator statistics and platform-level audience trends.

The processing is based on CBMetrics' legitimate interest in producing public statistical analysis. It does not cover income, tokens, private shows, legal identity, unique audience or off-platform activity. No explicit imagery is displayed by CBMetrics.

Retention and accuracy

Detailed room observations are retained for up to 30 days. Hourly creator statistics and follower history are retained for up to 90 days; daily creator and platform statistics for up to 365 days. A creator directory entry may remain while it is relevant to the service or a rights request is being handled.

Observations are periodic and may contain gaps. Figures are provided for information and should not be treated as a complete record of the platform or of any creator's activity.

Affiliate links

Some links to Chaturbate, including the homepage 18+ link and the main room link on creator profiles, are affiliate links. CBMetrics may receive a commission if a visitor registers or spends after using one.

Affiliate parameters do not affect rankings or statistics and do not give CBMetrics access to a visitor's Chaturbate account. CBMetrics does not use pop-unders, forced redirects or embedded live streams.

Creator profiles also provide a labelled direct room link without affiliate parameters.

Cookies and analytics

CBMetrics does not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising networks. When enabled, a self-hosted Umami instance measures page visits and interactions such as report opens and outbound-link clicks. These measurements are used only to understand and improve CBMetrics; browser Do Not Track is respected where supported.

Web requests necessarily expose technical information such as an IP address and user agent to the server and hosting provider. Chaturbate may apply its own cookies and privacy policy after an outbound click.

Data rights and corrections

A public username may still be personal data. You may request access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion by emailing contact@cbmetrics.net with the exact public username concerned. CBMetrics will answer within the period required by applicable law and may ask for information needed to verify the request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. These rights are not absolute and may be limited where continued processing has a valid legal basis.

Intellectual property

Creator and platform names and marks belong to their respective owners. Original CBMetrics analysis, interface, and charts remain protected by applicable rights.
